I don’t think it’s your skin color that matters as Pedofailed suggested…I think (if it didn’t work on you) it would be because blacks have courser hair and this device probably isn’t strong enough for course hair.

I do laser hair removal on my face… it takes its time to see big results… Laser works by sessions and so does this little device… The good thing is that this thing doesnt hurt like the real machines… DO NOT use it on the face as its been said in the video. Laser is very expensive so I think this is one of the best things they have came out with
