The Cars rock! Better than all the weird crap these days. They don’t make ‘em like they used to. This band knows how to write and play their own music.

@evenade: Not sure what Ric is up to as of late. Sadly, Benjamin Orr died October 03, 2000. F*CK … that hurts to even mention — DAMMIT! Greg Hawkes and Elliot Easton formed The New Cars with Todd Rundgren and some other guy singing — didn’t work out … fans don’t take replacements well. Dave went into the restaurant business last I heard, but I’m not sure where he’s at now or what he’s up to. He grew up about 15-20 minutes from me (Woburn) — not sure if he is still living there.

Loves her BUT … drops her off the Empire State Building, runs her down with a car — gee, love hurts.

  24. regenroman says:

@evrgrnn5280 Funny, for people who lived in the 80s (like me), the 60s were the golden days of music. Today doesn’t seem all that bad.

  25. evrgrnn5280 says:

ahhh i wish i lived in the 80′s so bad. im 16, i cannot stand the “music” that rules the radio today. you people who were alive back in the golden days of music are very lucky, and im really jealous of you.
